Questions
I'm not technical at all. Is this really for me?
Yes — especially you. The workshop assumes zero AI experience. There is no coding and no jargon. If you can write an email, you have every skill required on Day 1.
Which AI tool do we learn?
Claude, by Anthropic — well suited to professional writing, analysis and confidential-minded work. The skills (especially the CLEAR framework) transfer to any AI tool you meet later.
Why keep the group so small?
Because the format is hands-on coaching, not a lecture. Fauzi reviews your actual prompts and workflows individually — so seats are strictly limited and the workshop closes once the room is full.
Why does the early-bird price end on 14 August?
Early-bird is SGD 298 until 14 Aug, 9pm SGT, then SGD 498. The cut-off is fixed so committed leaders book early and the room is set well before the workshop.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop and charger, a Claude Pro subscription (USD 20/month — instructions provided), and a few samples of your real work (we tell you exactly what, and how to sanitise it).
What is the refund or transfer policy?
Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the workshop (by 15 Aug). Between 7 and 13 days before, a 50% refund or a free transfer to the next cohort. Within 7 days, seats are non-refundable, but you may send a colleague in your place or transfer once to a future cohort at no charge. If we cancel or reschedule the workshop, you receive a full refund.
Will my company's information be safe?
Responsible use is a core module. You learn what should never go into an AI tool, how to sanitise documents, and how to verify outputs. All exercise material is sanitised by you before the workshop.
